Dr Yohan Joo, BOralH.DSc, GDipDent

I grew up in Brisbane and moved to Gold Coast to study dentistry at Griffith University. Upon graduation, I have worked in both public and private surgeries in rural and urban areas in Queensland over the past several years. 

To make your visit to the dentist as easy as possible, I am committed to taking the time to listen to your dental concerns and stories that you would like to share. I deeply resonate with Northside Dental Solutions' goal of breaking down barriers to dental care, and I aim to do everything I can to ensure that my patients feel comfortable, empowered, and confident in managing their oral health. 

In addition to dentistry, I am currently studying psychology that allows me to understand my patients better and communicate more effectively. I am fascinated by how human minds work and passionate about building meaningful connections with people around me. 

Outside of dentistry, I love spending time with my family and friends, studying psychology, and boxing. Yohan operates his own dental services business from Northside Dental Solutions.
